Davis Polk partner Jason Kyrwood will co-chair and partner Jeong Lee will be among the speakers at PLI’s Leveraged Finance Conference 2019.  The program will feature the country’s leading experts in leveraged finance, who will examine key concepts and strategies in serving leveraged companies, including portfolio companies of private equity firms. In addition to serving as co-chair of the event, Kyrwood will speak on the “Leveraged Financing in 2019” and “Financing an Acquisition” panels. Lee will speak on the “Liability Management” panel.
