On May 21, 2025, Davis Polk partner and Finance practice head Jason Kyrwood and partner Vanessa Jackson will be among the speakers at Practising Law Institute’s “Leveraged Financing 2025” program. 

Jason is serving as co-chair of the event and will deliver opening remarks. He will also speak on the “Leveraged Financing in 2025,” “2024-2025 Trends in Leveraged Financing Transactions: Large Cap,” “Ethical Considerations in Leveraged Financings” and “Financial Ratios and Definitions Demystified” panels. Vanessa will also be a speaker on the “Financial Ratios and Definitions Demystified” panel.
