On November 9, 2022, Davis Polk partner Jen Conway will be among the speakers at the American Bar Association’s “2022 Virtual Executive Compensation National Institute” program. Jen will speak on the “Ethical Considerations from the C-Suite to the Boardroom” panel. Topics discussed will include identifying the client and clarifying the representation, preserving attorney-client privilege, corporate governance, practices and conflicts and an overview of relevant ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct, including Rule 1.7 dealing with conflicts of interest.
