Davis Polk partner John Banes will be among the speakers at PLI’s 19th Annual Institute on “Securities Regulation in Europe: Practical Implications of U.S. Law on EU Practice” program. He will be among the speakers providing opening remarks at the program. The program will focus on the application of U.S. securities law in the EU, recent developments in market activity, and enforcement and offer practical guidance for companies and financial institutions across Europe, the U.S. and beyond.
