On September 6-7, 2023, Davis Polk partners Leor Landa and Brian Resnick will be among the speakers at the 2023 Private Debt Investor New York Forum.

Leor, head of Davis Polk’s Investment Management practice, will moderate the “Private debt secondaries” session, which will address potential growth opportunities as well as the benefits and risks of investing in private credit secondaries.

Brian, head of our interdisciplinary Liability Management & Special Opportunities practice, will moderate the “Special situations & distressed debt in inflationary times” panel, which will address topics including: strategies to take advantage of unique opportunities for over-levered companies; trends in rescue finance and balance sheet restructuring; where investors are deploying opportunistic capital; and the sectors and strategies providing the most opportunities.
