On May 14, 2025, Davis Polk partner and Investment Management practice head Leor Landa and partner Michael Hong will be among the speakers at Markets Group’s 13th Annual Private Equity New York Forum.

Leor will moderate the “Secondaries, Co-investments, and Funds of Funds” panel. Topics discussed will include how investors can take advantage of secondaries, co-investments, continuation funds and funds of funds to boost returns, as well as the benefits they provide over individual manager selection within the current market environment.

Michael will moderate the “Adapting to Regulatory Shifts – Strategies for Private Equity in a Changing Landscape” panel, which will explore the impact of new policies related to taxation, disclosure requirements and anti-money laundering regulations, as well as assess how these regulatory changes are influencing deal structuring, compliance processes and investment strategies.
