On May 15, 2023, Davis Polk partner and Investment Management practice head Leor Landa and counsel Sijia Cai will be among the speakers at Markets Group’s 11th Annual Private Equity Forum. Sijia will moderate the “Secondaries, Co-investments, & Funds of Funds” panel. Topics discussed will include how investors can take advantage of secondaries, co-investments, continuation funds and funds of funds to boost returns, and what advantages they provide over individual manager selection in the aftermath of COVID-19.

Leor will moderate the “Navigating Fund Operations & Formation Including Regulatory and Structural Considerations” panel, which will discuss the key structural considerations and legal complexities of forming, launching and operating a private fund, and recent regulatory developments that have impacted fund managers and investors with respect to fees and expenses, co-investments and conflict of interest.

Leor will also interview the keynote speaker, Jeffrey Diehl, Managing Partner and Head of Investments at Adams Street Partners.
