Lucy Farr speaks at ISDA’s “Derivatives Tax Issues” conference

On October 28, 2021, Davis Polk partner Lucy Farr will be among the speakers at the International Swaps and Derivatives Association’s “Derivatives Tax Issues” virtual conference. Lucy will speak on the “Tax Implications of LIBOR Transition” panel. Topics discussed will include an overview of the tax implications of the upcoming LIBOR transition and work being conducted by the Alternative Reference Rates Committee with the U.S. Treasury Department and Internal Revenue Service.
