Davis Polk partner Luigi De Ghenghi will be among the speakers at the Federal Reserve’s Regional State Member Bank Conference, held at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. De Ghenghi will speak on the “Mergers, Acquisitions, and the Applications Process” panel. The panel will discuss how to manage the expectations of directors, bank executives, M&A partner, shareholders and other interested parties.

The event will be held September 24-25, 2019, in Atlanta.
