On February 3, 2022, Davis Polk partner and Restructuring co-head Marshall Huebner will be a keynote speaker at the “West Coast Bankruptcy Roundtable,” hosted jointly by USC Gould School of Law and Lewis & Clark Law School. Marshall will have a “Keynote Conversation” with legal scholar and University of Chicago Law School professor Douglas Baird. 

The inaugural program seeks to bring together experienced and junior scholars to discuss particularly noteworthy scholarship involving financial restructuring and business law.
