On October 28, 2021, Davis Polk Restructuring group co-head Marshall Huebner will deliver the keynote address at the New York State Bar Association’s Corporate Counsel Institute. Marshall will share reflections from Purdue Pharma’s chapter 11 restructuring, on which he served as lead counsel to Purdue.
