On November 19, 2021, Davis Polk partner Martin Rogers will be among the speakers at the Asian Academy of International Law’s “2021 Colloquium on International Law.” The program will be held jointly by AAIL and the Chinese Society of International Law. Martin will speak on the “Quest for Common Codes in Effective Dispute Resolution” panel. The discussion will concentrate on the area of private international law and the many aspects of private law which could, in the future, be fashioned into common codes and incorporated in commercial contracts involving the Hong Kong special administrative region as well as other entities of the Greater Bay Area.
