On April 4-5, 2024, Davis Polk partner Ning Chiu and associate Kendall Howell will be among the speakers at the 2024 ABA Business Law Spring Meeting. 

Ning will speak on the “Ethics in the Boardroom: How In-House and Outside Counsel Can Support and Protect Directors” panel.

Kendall will speak on the “Beneficial Ownership Reporting: The Influence of the Corporate Transparency Act” panel. The program will cover how the initial implementation of the Corporate Transparency Act and FinCEN’s beneficial ownership rule have progressed and provide lessons on compliance.
