Davis Polk partners Ning Chiu and Robert Cohen will be among the speakers at Practising Law Institute’s 2023 “Institute on Securities Regulation” program.

On November 6, Ning will speak on the “Year in Review: What Just Happened?” panel. Topics discussed will include the challenges and risks of Generative AI, emerging practices with the disclosure of transactions in company securities, implementing pay versus performance and clawback, and the necessary changes to key company policies and controls.

On November 8, 2023, Robert will speak on the “Defense Perspective on Securities Enforcement” panel. Topics discussed will include civil and criminal enforcement priorities and trends as well as key judicial and policy developments.
