On November 4, 2021, Davis Polk senior counsel Nora Jordan will host a “Hedge Funds and Private Equity Funds” CLE presentation and webinar at Case Western Reserve University School of Law at 4:30 PM. The presentation will provide an overview of the hedge fund and private equity fund industries, along with the regulations that govern those funds and their managers. The presentation will focus in particular on the fiduciary duty of the manager and how that duty manifests itself in the day-to-day conflict of interest issues that arise when managing funds.
