Nora Jordan to speak at the SEC Fixed Income Market Structure Advisory Committee public meeting

Davis Polk partner Nora M. Jordan will be speaking at the Securities and Exchange Commission Fixed Income Market Structure Advisory Committee’s public meeting on Monday, February 10, 2020, at the Commission’s headquarters. She will discuss the legal issues faced by an investment adviser when the adviser determines that it is in the best interest of two advisory clients to have one client sell a security to another client, rather than have both clients go to the market and incur brokerage and other costs.
