Davis Polk Financial Institutions Group head Randall Guynn was among the speakers at the University of North Carolina School of Law’s “The September 2008 Financial Crisis: A Legal Retrospective” conference. The program highlighted the role attorneys played in crafting creative solutions to the legal and policy issues presented during the financial crisis. Guynn spoke on the “Role of the Private Bar” panel.
