On April 3, 2024, Davis Polk Financial Institutions practice chair Randy Guynn will be among the speakers at the Committee on Capital Markets Regulation’s “The 2023 Banking Crisis and Lender of Last Resort” roundtable. Randy will be a discussion leader on the “Bank Resolution” panel. The roundtable will discuss lessons drawn from recent crises and explore how lender of last resort lending can be optimized to prevent and respond to future crises.
