On March 11, 2025, Davis Polk partner and Capital Markets practice global chair Richard Truesdell and partner Nicole Brookshire will be among the speakers at the L Suite 2025 “SaaS Offsite.”

Richard will speak on the “How SaaS GCs Can Build a Scalable Compliance Framework” panel. Topics discussed will include best practices for developing compliance frameworks that meet regulatory expectations, support organizational growth and provide strategic flexibility across global operations.

Nicole will co-lead the “Practical Legal Strategies for SaaS Products Powered by LLMs” roundtable discussion. The discussion will focus on general counsels of SaaS companies currently leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) in their core product offerings and risk mitigation techniques for companies whose products largely depend on LLM technology.
