Davis Polk partner Robert Cohen will speak at the University of Texas McCombs School of Business Center for Enterprise and Policy Analytics’ Regulation Best Interest event. Cohen will speak on the “Enforcement and Litigation Risk” panel which will discuss litigation risk and how and where the new rules could create new exposures.
