Davis Polk partners Tatiana Martins and Patrick Sinclair will speak at the American Bar Association’s 2020 Virtual Annual Meeting: Empowerment. Martins will speak on the “Issues in Cross-Border and Multi-Jurisdictional White Collar Investigations” panel.

Sinclair will speak on the “Shifting International Approaches to Corporate Cooperation, Self-Reporting, and Deferred Prosecution Agreement (DPA) Resolutions in White-Collar Cases” panel. This panel will discuss the increase in international use of law enforcement and statutory authorities to incentivize corporations to self-report potential criminal misconduct and cooperate with government investigations.

The panels will be held on June 30, 2020 and July 2, 2020, respectively.
