Will Pearce to Present ICSA’s “Listing Rules update”

Davis Polk partner Will Pearce will be presenting “Listing Rules update” for the UK’s Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA).

The morning session, aimed at directors and corporate secretaries of companies listed in London, will provide a brief recap of a listed company’s continuing obligations under the FCA’s Listing Rules, Prospectus Rules, Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules and the EU Market Abuse Regulation, before taking a closer look at changes to the Listing Rules that came into force in January 2018, forthcoming changes in 2018 and new and amended guidance issued by the FCA over the last 12 months.
