Davis Polk advised the joint lead managers in connection with the Regulation S offering of $300 million 7.875% notes due 2021 by 21Vianet Group, Inc.

Concurrently with the notes offering, Davis Polk advised the dealer managers in connection with a cash tender offer by 21Vianet Group, Inc. for any and all of its outstanding $300 million 7.00% senior notes due 2020.
