Davis Polk advised the underwriters in connection with a $300 million Regulation S offering of 6.375% senior notes due 2019 by Redco Properties Group Limited. 

Redco Properties is an integrated residential and commercial property developer focusing on residential property development in selected major cities in the PRC. The company is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
