Davis Polk advised the initial purchasers in connection with a $350 million Regulation S only offering by China SCE Group Holdings Limited of its 7.375% senior notes due 2024.

China SCE Group Holdings Limited is headquartered in Shanghai as its development base for carrying out its national development strategy led by the Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone, the Bohai Rim Economic Zone, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the West Taiwan Strait Economic Zone and Central Western Region. China SCE Group Holdings Limited is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
