Davis Polk is advising Amwell on its agreement to form a multi-year, strategic partnership with Google Cloud to deliver transformative telehealth solutions across the global healthcare ecosystem. As part of this partnership, Google Cloud will also invest $100 million in Amwell. The companies will endeavor to expand access to virtual care, improve patient and clinician experiences, and leverage their unique capabilities to deliver new, differentiated healthcare solutions—across the continuum of care.
