Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers on an offering of $850 million aggregate principal amount of 3.625% senior notes due 2020 and $650 million aggregate principal amount of 4.875% senior notes due 2025 by Anglo American Capital plc guaranteed by Anglo American plc under Rule 144A and Regulation S.
