We are advising Antara Capital on the transaction

Davis Polk is advising Antara Capital LP on a $300 million investment in ChargePoint Holdings, Inc. Under the terms of the investment, Antara is purchasing $300 million in aggregate principal amount of 3.50% / 5.00% convertible senior PIK toggle notes due 2027 of ChargePoint Holdings.

ChargePoint is a leading EV charging network provider and is creating a new fueling network to move people and goods on electricity.
