Aptiv $2.2 billion ordinary share and mandatory convertible preferred offerings
Davis Polk advised Aptiv PLC in connection with a $1.1 billion SEC-registered offering of 15,149,519 ordinary shares (which included 1,976,024 ordinary shares that the underwriters purchased pursuant to their option to purchase additional shares) and with a $1.1 billion SEC-registered offering of 11,500,000 mandatory convertible preferred shares (which included 1,500,000 mandatory convertible preferred shares that the underwriters purchased pursuant to their option to purchase additional shares to cover over-allotments).
Aptiv is using the net proceeds from the offerings for general corporate purposes.
