APx Acquisition Corp. I $172.5 million IPO
We advised the SPAC on its IPO and Nasdaq listing
Davis Polk advised APx Acquisition Corp. I on its $172.5 million initial public offering of 17,250,000 units. Each unit had an initial offering price of $10 and consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant. The units, the shares and the warrants are listed on the Nasdaq Global Market. The units include 2,250,000 units purchased pursuant to a full exercise of the underwriters’ over-allotment option.
The company is a newly incorporated special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) formed for the purpose of effecting an initial business combination, and intends to focus on technology-enabled Latin American companies.
