Davis Polk advised the dealer managers in connection with a cash tender offer by ArcelorMittal S.A. to purchase certain of its U.S. dollar-denominated debt securities. 

With steelmaking operations in 18 countries on four continents, ArcelorMittal is the world’s largest and most global steel producer and a significant producer of iron ore and coal.
