Davis Polk advised Arco Platform Limited on its SEC-registered follow-on offering of an aggregate of 2,500,000 Class A common shares issued and sold by Arco at a price per Class A common share of $44.80. The Class A common shares are listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “ARCE.”
