Bacardi $1 billion notes offering
The investment-grade notes are due 2030 and 2035
Davis Polk advised the joint bookrunners and representatives of the several initial purchasers in connection with the Rule 144A / Regulation S notes offering by Bacardi-Martini B.V. of $600 million aggregate principal amount of 5.550% notes due 2030 and $400 million aggregate principal amount of 6.000% notes due 2035, guaranteed by Bacardi Limited.
