Banco Votorantim $100 million reopening of notes under global MTN program
Davis Polk advised Banco Votorantim S.A. in connection with the offering of $100 million aggregate principal amount of its 4.375% global medium-term notes due 2025 under its global medium-term note program, pursuant to Regulation S under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. The notes are a reopening of bonds issued on July 29, 2020.
The sole dealer for the offering was banco BV.
Banco Votorantim is the 5th-largest private bank in Brazil (according to the Brazilian Central Bank ranking) and operates in the corporate and investment banking, asset management, private banking and retail segments. Banco Votorantim is jointly controlled by Votorantim Finanças S.A. (a subsidiary of Votorantim S.A.) and Banco do Brasil S.A.
