BlueVoyant acquisition of Conquest Cyber
We are advising BlueVoyant on the acquisition
Davis Polk is advising BlueVoyant, Inc. on its acquisition of Conquest Cyber from United Data Technologies, Inc. (UDT). Terms of the deal were not disclosed. In connection with the acquisition, BlueVoyant raised more than $140 million in Series E funding. The additional funding was led by existing investors, Liberty Strategic Capital, a private equity firm, and ISTARI, a cybersecurity investor and adviser founded by Temasek. Eden Global Capital Partners, an affiliate of Eden Global Partners, served as a strategic adviser.

Founded in 1995 and based in Doral, Florida, UDT is an IT consulting firm that helps clients in major industries evaluate, architect, secure and manage their IT infrastructure.
