The investment-grade senior notes are due 2032

Davis Polk advised the representative of the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A / Regulation S offering by Bombardier Inc. of $750 million aggregate principal amount of 7.000% senior notes due 2032.

Bombardier designs, develops, manufactures and markets the Global and Challenger families of business jets and adapts various aircraft platforms for specialized use such as surveillance and reconnaissance, medical evacuations and dignitary transport. Headquartered in Montréal, Québec, Canada, Bombardier is present in more than 14 countries including its production/engineering sites and its customer support network. It supports a worldwide fleet of approximately 5,000 aircraft in service with a wide variety of multinational corporations, charter and fractional ownership providers, governments and private individuals.
