These include equity offerings (IPOs, follow-on equity offerings, private placements and at-the-market offerings), investment-grade and high-yield debt offerings, and liability management transactions. He also advises clients on general corporate, securities law compliance and governance matters. Michael’s transactional practice spans a broad spectrum of industries, including manufacturing, TMT, healthcare and life sciences, fintech, transportation, retail and energy.
