Bristol Myers Squibb debt tender offer
Davis Polk advised the dealer managers in connection with a cash tender offer by Bristol Myers Squibb Company for 20 series of outstanding senior notes issued by BMS and its wholly owned subsidiary, Celgene Corporation.
Headquartered in New York City, BMS engages in the discovery, development, licensing, manufacturing, marketing, distribution and sale of biopharmaceutical products on a global basis. Its products are sold worldwide, primarily to wholesalers, retail pharmacies, hospitals, government entities and the medical profession.
