BRP Group $280.6 million follow-on offering of stock

Davis Polk advised BRP Group, Inc. on its $280.6 million follow-on offering of 9,200,000 shares of Class A common stock, which included 1,200,000 shares of Class A common stock from the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares. The shares of Class A common stock are listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “BRP.”
