We advised Cadre on the sale

Davis Polk advised Cadre on the sale of its fee interest in the Avida Apartments, a 400 unit multifamily property located in Murray, Utah, a suburb of Salt Lake City.

Cadre is financial technology company that provides access to commercial real estate investment opportunities across geographies and asset classes in the United States. Cadre connects investors and operators of real estate through an online marketplace. The firm has more than $1 billion under management and was named to Forbes’ “FinTech50” starting in 2016. In 2019, Cadre was the cover story of the Forbes’ “FinTech 50” issue.
