Davis Polk advised the representatives of the several underwriters in connection with the $230 million secondary offering of 22,000,000 shares of common stock of CCC Intelligent Solutions Holdings Inc. sold by certain selling stockholders. The common stock is listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “CCCS.”

CCC is a leading provider of innovative cloud, mobile, AI, telematics, hyperscale technologies and applications for the property and casualty insurance economy. Its SaaS platform connects trading partners, facilitates commerce and supports mission-critical, AI-enabled digital workflows.
