Davis Polk advised Celonis SE on its acquisition of Integromat s.r.o. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Celonis, headquartered in Munich and New York, is a market leader in the field of AI-driven process mining and process automation. Integromat, based in Prague, Czech Republic, provides an industry-leading online automation platform.
