Davis Polk advised the initial purchasers in connection with the $300 million Regulation S offering by Central China Real Estate Limited of its 6.875% senior notes due 2020. 

CCRE is a residential property developer in Henan Province, China. The company is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
