Davis Polk advised the initial purchasers in connection with a $250 million Regulation S-only high-yield offering by China Aoyuan Property Group Limited of its 10.875% senior notes due 2018.  

China Aoyuan is one of the leading property developers in Guangdong province in China and have been developing residential projects for more than 15 years.
