Davis Polk advised the initial purchasers in connection with a $200 million Regulation S only offering by China South City Holdings Limited of its 11.875% senior notes due 2021.

CSC is a developer and operator of large-scale, integrated logistics and trade centers in the PRC. CSC currently has eight projects in different stages of development located in regional economic hubs in Shenzhen, Nanning, Nanchang, Xi’an, Harbin, Zhengzhou, Hefei and Chongqing, China. CSC is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
