The high-yield notes are due 2026

Davis Polk advised the initial purchasers in connection with the issue of $300 million 10.50% notes due 2026 by Chindata Group Holdings Limited (Nasdaq: CD).

Chindata is a leading carrier-neutral hyperscale data center solution provider in Asia-Pacific emerging markets, focusing on the China, India and Southeast Asia markets. The data centers of Chindata are highly integrated, specialized and mission-critical infrastructure used by their clients to analyze, manage and store their most important data, business systems and processes. On September 30, 2020, Chindata’s American depositary shares commenced trading on Nasdaq under the symbol “CD.”
