Davis Polk advised the initial purchasers in connection with a $300 million Regulation S offering by CIFI Holdings (Group) Co. Ltd. of its 5.50% senior notes due 2022. The notes are consolidated and form a single class with the $285 million 5.50% senior notes due 2022 issued on January 23, 2017.

Established in 2000 and headquartered in Shanghai, CIFI Holdings (Group) Co. Ltd. is engaged in the property development, property investment and property management business in China. It has achieved a nationwide geographic coverage and a strong presence in first-tier cities and in second- and third-tier cities with high growth potential in China.
