The senior notes are due 2026 and 2033

Davis Polk advised the representatives of the several underwriters in connection with the SEC-registered offering of $700 million aggregate principal amount of 5.685% senior notes due 2026 and $800 million aggregate principal amount of 5.400% senior notes due 2033 by the Cigna Group.

Based in Bloomfield, Connecticut, the Cigna Group is a global health company. The Cigna Group includes products and services marketed under Cigna Healthcare, Evernorth Health Services or its subsidiaries.
