Crédit Agricole S.A. $1.75 Billion Senior Non-Preferred Notes Offering
Davis Polk advised the initial purchasers in connection with the U.S. dollar issuance of senior non-preferred notes by Crédit Agricole S.A., acting through its London branch. Under its U.S. medium term note program, Crédit Agricole issued $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 3.75% fixed-rate senior non-preferred notes due 2023 and $500 million aggregate principal amount of floating-rate senior non-preferred notes due 2023 under Rule 144A/Regulation S.
