Davis Polk is advising CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. in connection with its acquisition of Preempt Security, Inc., a leading provider of Zero Trust and conditional access technology for real-time access control and threat prevention. The transaction is valued at $96 million, and is subject to customary closing conditions.

CrowdStrike provides cloud-delivered endpoint and workload protection. Leveraging artificial intelligence, the CrowdStrike Falcon platform protects customers against cyberattacks on endpoints and workloads on or off the network by offering visibility and protection across the enterprise. The addition of Preempt’s technology to the CrowdStrike Falcon platform will help customers achieve end-to-end visibility and enforcement on identity data.
